A note from the firm

What we mean when we say boutique.

Most firms call themselves boutique because the word reads better than "small." We are small for a different reason. The companies we represent are usually run by the people who built them, and that work cannot be delegated to an associate three years out of school.

Our partners take the calls. Our partners draft the agreements. Our partners sit at the closing table. The economics work because we do not chase volume, and the relationships work because the founders we represent have spent decades on the work that brought them here too.

If you are at an inflection point, a sale, a partner buyout, a family transition, a difficult dispute, please consider us. The first conversation is on us, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right firm for what you need.
